Glucosamine Forte + Collagen II contains a high dose of glucosamine sulphate - 1500 mg (2 tablets). The effectiveness of the dose has been proven in studies. Glucosamine is an important component of articular cartilage, which is naturally synthesised in the human body, but is not synthesised as sufficiently as in youth as we age. In humans, glucosamine is found in all tissues, but in high concentrations in joint cartilage. Type II collagen is the main structural component of articular cartilage. Vitamin C contributes to the normal production of collagen, which is necessary for the normal functioning of bone and cartilage.
