iD Pants Super XL are absorbent pants for strong and very strong incontinence of urine and faeces, with an anatomically adapted shape for mobile patients. Elastic seams in the waist part of the product cross the absorbent part in the front and back, which ensures a better fit to the body and protects against leaks. The absorbent part with ultra-fast liquid isolation from the skin technology, additionally incorporated a non-bonded layer in the absorbent part, absorbs moisture much faster. The EDS layer under the top unbound layer allows for a better and more efficient distribution and retention of moisture inside the absorbent part, thus increasing the sensation of dryness and improving comfort.
